| Abstract: | The new rural reconstruction cannot get away from the strong support of rural finance.But as a result of the systemic defects,there exists serious unbalance between supply and demand in rural finance.Therefore,we must start with system and the institutional innovations,optimize the rural finance development environment in order to establish and consummate the whole system step by step,thus strengthens service function of rural finance for the new rural construction. |
