| Abstract: | With the development of venture capital In China, a narrow source for fund rising has become a disadvantage for its future growth.At the same time,Chinese commercial banks are facing more competitions from foreign banks,which makes it more neces sary for them to find some new fields to make their capital increase.On comparing the practice of commercial bank going into venture capital field in both China and other countries,this paper presents an improved framework for Chinese commercial bank to carry on business in venture capital,which may make both commercial banks and venture capital institutes benefit from it. |
