| 摘 要： | 针对高校体育教学改革的现状与存在的问题,提出高校体育教学改革的目的是培养学生的"终身体育"观念,我们在教学中要树立"以人为本,注重健身"的指导思想,从教学内容、教学模式、教学评价方法等方面做好高校体育教学工作。
