| 摘 要： | 任务驱动教学法是一种以"任务为主线、学生为主体、教师为主导"的教学方法。任务驱动教学法在法律基础课上的实施可以发挥提高学生的解决实际问题的能力和激发学生学习的主动性的作用,在具体的实施过程中应注意几个问题的把握。
