| 摘 要： | 从高职院校焊接专业毕业生就业现状分析入手,对目前高职焊接专业人才培养模式存在的问题进行了细致分析,提出培养满足社会需要的高技能的实用型人才,必须要有一个明确、科学的人才培养方案,并就如何制定科学的人才培养方案提出了具体的措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the status of graduates employment of welding major in vocational colleges,analyzed the problems existing in training mode of vocational welding professional,put forward that we need a clear and scientific talent training program to cultivate the highly skilled practical talents meeting the social needs,and proposed the concrete measures about making scientific personnel training program. |
