国际油气勘探开发项目管理综述

顺应我国石油开发战略的总体战略,我国三大石油公司都加快了海外石油勘探开发的步伐,尤其与伊朗的石油合作更加紧密。但是如何管理好一个项目,进而获取丰厚的回报或者为开发更大更好的项目做铺垫,显得非常重要。文章总结了国际油气勘探开发企业在以往项目中的成功经验,从人才、信息、经营思路、采办与物流、现场施工、验收与移交等方面综合介绍了国际油气勘探开发项目管理的一些策略,对国际石油项目管理具有重要参考意义。
