| 摘 要： | 结合西安电力高等专科学校的招生就业工作实践,分析了职业院校业招生就业工作现状,提出了应从明确学生定位、提高学生素质、提高教学质量着手,强化就业市场开发,不断提高学生就业质量,从而促进招生、就业工作进入良性循环的发展对策。
