聚酰亚胺/碳化硅纳米材料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:用原位聚合法制备了聚酰亚胺/SiC复合膜,SiC使用偶联剂(3-氨丙基-三乙氧基硅烷)改性,采用FT-IR、SEM、TGA等对杂化膜的化学结构和形态进行表征和分析。结果表明:偶联剂改性SiC成功,在含量为3%时,改性SiC在PI基体中分散效果比未改性SiC要好;偶联剂的加入对PI和SiC的结晶性能有少量影响,对PI复合膜的热稳定性几乎没有影响。

Abstract:A polyimide(PI) was synthesized from BTDA and ODA by two-shep method.SiC modified by APTES was used as fillers.PI composite films were prepared by in situ polymerization.The chemical structure and morphology of composite films were characterizated by FT-IR、SEM and TGA.The results show that the SiC was modified by APTES successfully and the SiC was scattered better in PI matrix when the SiC content was 3%.The thermal stability of composite films were exhibited as good as that of pure PI.
