| 摘 要： | 大学教育的教学价值与功能不仅在于向大学生传授人类已有的科学文化知识,更重要的是培养大学生具有对未知领域进行探索的创新能力。要培养大学生的创新能力,首先要改变传统的教育观念,培养大学生的创新意识,同时加强对大学生非智力因素的培养,积极引导大学生参与科技创新活动,为创新人才营造良好的成长环境。

| Abstract: | The education value and function of college education is not only to pass on the existed cultural and scientific knowledge to the students.It is more important to cultivate the students＇ ability to innovate in unknown fields.To cultivate the students＇ ability to innovate,first the traditional educational concept should be changed.Meanwhile the cultivation of the student＇s awareness to innovate,the cultivation of the students＇ non-intelligence factor should be fostered.We should actively lead the students to participate in the scientific innovation activities and create a better atmosphere for talented person to grow. |
