摘    要:"人才"是指能够胜任工作的所有员工。我国企业在用人方面受到外部环境剧烈变化的冲击和企业间竞争加剧的影响,及自身认识不足的障碍,使得人才稳定问题成为影响企业发展和生存的软肋。保留一支合格的能胜任工作的人才队伍,不仅能够节省企业成本,更是企业生存和发展的根本所在。

Abstract:Talents are all competent employees.In domestic enterprises,the stability of talents become the weak point to enterprises' development and survival,because of the dramatic changes of the external environment,increased competition among enterprises and lack of awareness to themselves To retain a qualified personnel not only can save costs,but also lies in the survival and development of enterprises.
