| 摘 要： | 对于许多新升格的本科院校而言,实行本科生导师制有着特殊的意义,它将有助于学校的迅速转型,学校特色的打造以及人才培养目标的实现。但在这些学校要实行这一制度还面临着一定的困难,如师资力量不够、学校办学定位的限制等。如何实行本科生导师制已经成为新升格本科院校亟待解决的战略问题。

| Abstract: | Tutorial system as an education system has gradually promoted in our country＇s colleges and universities in recent years.It is a kind of individual instruction as the main purpose of realizing the comprehensive development of students.This tutorial system for undergraduates is very significant and necessary for training tourism personnel.While establishing research team,making reasonable cultivation plan and controlling the enrollment scale is the basic requirements to implement the system. |
