| 摘 要： | 上海经济的发展离不开全国尤其是长三角地区的支持,长三角地区的雄厚实力和良好发展势头为加快推进区域合作、促进上海经济发展奠定了坚实基础。上海要立足全局,拓宽视野,在“融”字上下功夫,把“融入全国、服务全国”提到战略高度,以合作交流工作为重要抓手,学兄弟省市之长,补上海之短,创上海之新。

| Abstract: | The development of Shanghai's economy can't stand apart from support ofwhole country, especially of Yangtze river delta region. The ample strength and gooddeveloping impetus of Yangtze river delta region lay a solid foundation for thedevelopment of Shanghai's economy. It's necessary for Shanghai to have a foothold in theoverall situation, to expand field of vision, and to concentrate its efforts on "malgam-ation"which means raising the policy of "merger into the whole country and serving the wholecountry" up to a strategic high level. |
