| 摘 要： | 中国农民养老保障制度的建设具有重要意义,目前的状况是以家庭养老为主、呈多元发展态势,按照多层次、大体系、分类解决和差异化的建制原则,未来的农民养老保障制度应以家庭养老为持久模式,以社会养老为发展模式,并发挥农村最低生活保障制度、五保供养制度、商业人寿保险和慈善事业等的补充作用。

| Abstract: | It is very important to build up pension security system for farmers in China.Now,family old-support system still play the key role.While,more and more new types are emerging.Based on the principle of multi-layers and macro-system and dealing according to the types and regions,the future pension security system for farmers is made up of family supporting which will last for ever,social pension which will become the dominant system and the supplement model which including rural minimal living security system,the five-guarantee system,commercial pension and charities. |
