台湾“富丽新农村”和“新农业运动”探析

Analysis on the Taiwan's New Rural Amenities and New Agriculture

"New rural amenities" and "New agriculture" movements are important parts of the Taiwan overall agricultural policies. Historically, Taiwan's agricultural policies have experienced two fundamental restructurings, the first was turning agriculture supporting industry to industry re-feeding agriculture; the second was turning traditional agriculture development to modern agriculture model (refined agriculture) Two fundamental changes in Taiwan's agricultural development have laid its overall strategic thinking. "New rural amenities" and "New agriculture" movements are the further action following refined agriculture to promote agricultural development of Taiwan. This article attempts to analyze the background and the implementation of the two agricultural policies in order to provide the reference for the new rural construction of mainland.
