| 摘 要： | 基于国内外学者对信息化评价体系的研究,本文根据我国农村电子商务的基础发展条件及数据可得性可用性的考虑,试图建立农村电子商务评价体系,以期对我国区域农村电子商务发展水平进行衡量和比较,为农村电子商务发展提供一定的决策依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the researches on information appraisal system, basic development conditions of rural e-commerce in China and considering the accessibility and usability of related statistical data, the paper attempts to set up a rural e-commerce appraisal indicator system in order to e valuate and compare the levels of rural e-commerce development by provinces. And to provide certain policy-making basis for the development of rural e-commerce. |
