| 摘 要： | 政治联系是近年国内外引人瞩目的研究领域。本文依照文献的发展脉络与逻辑关系,从政治联系的产生途径、影响因素、经济后果和有政治联系的高管从企业获得的利益等多个方面,对政治联系研究文献进行了梳理和归纳,以期能增进人们对企业政治联系的认识,并为进一步研究政治联系提供一些思路。
