| 摘 要： | 严峻的就业形势提醒我们,我们的教学必须适应社会对人才的需求变化,改变传统的以"知识为本位"的教学目标,向以"就业为导向"与"能力为本位"的教学目标转变,教师应改变传统教学方法,因地制宜地实施项目教学法,培养学生的动手能力、解决实际问题的能力,突出职业能力的培养,以提高学生的综合能力。 |

| Abstract: | As the present employment situation is hardly optimistic, our teaching must meet the ＂different needs of society for talents by changing the teaching objective from knowledge-oriented to capacity-oriented and job-oriented. Traditional teaching methods should be reformed too so as to train students＇ability to solve practical problems and increase their professional and comprehensive ability. Teaching methods should be suitable for different teaching projects. |
