| 摘 要： | 提升高校基层党组织的组织生活质量,落实党建和思想政治工作,是高校基层党组织必须面对的重要课题。高校党委要克服高校基层党组织生活存在的不足,适应民主和开放的时代潮流,以创新的精神和思路,以主体性组织生活为途径,加强对思想政治工作的领导,创新高校基层党组织生活的结构模式,建立基层党组织生活质量制度保障体系,加强基层党组织自身建设,从而切实提高高校基层党组织生活质量。
