| 摘 要： | 我国已属老年型国家,且未来50年的老龄化趋势将愈加严重,解决由人口老龄化引发的老龄居住问题已提上议事日程。通过对人口老龄化的现状和发展趋势的分析,借鉴国外解决老龄居住问题的措施,在居家养老的居住模式下,本着普通住宅老龄化的设计理念,探讨适合老年人生活的住宅套型、住宅室内环境、住宅公共设施和室内设施等方面的设计;提出对已有住宅增加电梯的可行性改造方案;总结出在普通住宅设计中应为老年人考虑之处。为老年人创造安全、方便、舒适的居住环境。 |

| Abstract: | Our country has been a aging country,and the trend of aging will be growing in the next 50 years.It is time to solve the problem of aging inhabitation,which is caused by population aging.The thesis analyses the present state and prospet of population aging;draws lessons from the foreign method in solving the problem of the aging inhabitation;Follows the idea of "aging the common house",that means consider what the people need when they being aged in the present house-design-and-construct;researches how to adapt the house for the aging people's living in dwelling unit type,interior space,public and interior facilities;and put foreword a modification plan of adding elevator to the old houses;generalizes what we should care in common house design to the aging people's benifit make safe convenient and comfort living environment for the aging people. |
