广西创业投资发展中的问题及对策研究

广西创业投资起步晚、发展缓慢、规模偏小,在发展中存在着投资资金规模偏小、风险投资专业人才和中介机构缺乏、资金来源渠道狭窄及民间资本利用率低、政府激励机制缺乏、投资退出机制不完善、法制环境建设不完善等问题。政府应主动设立创投基金,积极培养和引进高素质的创投人才,拓宽风险资金的来源渠道、充分利用民间资本,在加大政府扶持力度、建立有效的激励机制的同时,还应积极建立完善的资金退出机制,此外,还要健全创业投资服务体系以及尽快出台相应的法律法规,加速广西创业投资业发展。

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Venture Capital Development in Guangxi

Due to its late start, slow development and small scale, problems exists in the development of GuangxFs venture investment： limitation of investment funds, lack of venture capital professionals and intermediaries, narrow channels of funding resources and low efficiency of private capital, absence of government＇s incentive system, imperfect construction of exit mech anism as well as the legal environment, etc. In order to promote sound and rapid development of the Guangxi venture capi tal, the government should take initiative to set up venture capital funds, train and introduce highquality talents, broaden the resources of venture capital as well as make full use of private capitals. In addition to enhancing support from the gov ernment and the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism, the government should actively establish a sound mecha nism for withdrawal of funds. Besides, a sound venture capital service system and the introduction of appropriate laws and regulations timely are urgently needed to accelerate the development of venture capital industry in Guangxi.
