摘    要:广西交通公路事业步入“十二五”规划后,进入了一个大建设、大改革、大发展的新时期,公路建设的跨越式发展对于公路部门职工教育培训工作而言,既是发展机遇,又是严酷的挑战。新形势下如何加强职工教育培训工作。坚持以“学习为本”建立职工教育培训工作的长效机制,为广西公路科技发展的战略重点提供人才支持,实现公路建设可持续发展是摆在公路人面前的突出问题。

To Build Learning-oriented Highway Talent Pool —— How to Establish the “Larmng-onented” Long-Effect Mechanism for the Education and Training for Highway Employees

Abstract:Guangxi transportation and highway undertaking has entered a new era, featured by big construction, reforms and huge development, since it engages in the 12th "Five -year Plan". For the education and training work on highway employees, the great-leap-forward development is a developing opportunity and challenge. In this ease, how to improve the education and training work for employees, to persist "Learning-oriented" to establish the long-effect mechanism, to provide talent pool for the strategic emphasis of Guangxi Highway technological development and to realize the sustainable development of highway construction, are the outstanding challenges that face the people involved in highway undertaking.
