| 摘 要： | SCOR模型是供应链管理中的一个标准模型，国外很多行业的供应链管理都采用了这个标准但是它只有与企业中普遍使用的管理软件和流程管理技术有效的结合才能发挥出最大的功效。iSCOR方法有效的将管理应用软件和SCOR模型结合起来，达到了对供应链管理流程绩效的实时评估和监控，它的实施也体现出很多业务流程管理的思想。
