| Abstract: | With the rapid growth of the global economy,the logistics industry has a rapid development in the 21st century.With the logistics in developed countries,China's logistics industry is lagging behind.One of the major causes is the serious shortage of logistics personnel.The development and expansion of logistics enterprises can not be separated from the training,especially the logistics personnel training. |
