摘    要:绩效考核在现代人力资源管理中起着非常重要的作用。人才是企业的第一生产要素,随着企业各项制度的完善和发展的需求,势必要建立一种与之相适应的能够增强企业员工劳动积极性的运行机制。在这一机制的作用下,企业员工也能够参与到企业的管理与民主测评,从而也使得这一机制成为提高企业经营效益的关键。现如今很多企业的考核机制都比较单一,他们通常是用薪酬来考核绩效,但企业员工的多样性决定了如果只是依靠单一的考核制度是达不到应有的效果的,因此,企业的考核机制还涉及到与其激励相关的其他因素。绩效与激励之间应维持一种动态的平衡。笔者试图通过分析,谈一谈现代企业人力资源绩效考核的新思路,使企业建立行之有效的绩效考核方案,达成留住人才、抓住市场的目的。

Abstract:Performance appraisal plays a very important role in the modern human resources management.Talent is the first factor of production.With the development and improvement of enterprise system,it is necessary to build an operation mechanism to enhance enterprise staff's labor enthusiasm.Under this mechanism,enterprise employees can participate in the enterprise management and democratic assessment,and makes this mechanism become the key to improve the enterprise management benefit.Nowadays many enterprises' evaluation mechanism is single,and they usually use salary to evaluate performance,but the enterprise staff's diversity decided that single assessment system can not receive the intended effect.Therefore,the enterprise's evaluation mechanism also involves other factors related with incentive.Keep a dynamic balance between performance and motivation.Through the analysis,the author talks about a new idea about the modern enterprise human resource performance assessment,makes the enterprise establish an effective performance evaluation scheme,to retain talent and seize market.
