我国开展物流成本管理的时间较短,对现代物流成本管理的认识和实践还不够深刻,与国外相比差距较大。因此,我国企业应加强和提高物流成本管理的能力和水平,这将对提高企业竞争力发挥重要的作用。文章论述了物流成本管理、企业竞争力的基本概念,提出通过物流成本管理提高企业竞争力的对策方案。

The Impact and Countermeasures of Logistics Cost Management to the Competitiveness of Enterprises

China＇s logistics cost management is in a relatively short time,also the understanding and practice of modern lo-gistics cost management is not deep enough compare with for-eign countries. Therefore, Chinese enterprises should strength-en and improve the ability and level of logistics cost man-agement, which will play an important role to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper discusses the basic concept of the logistics cost management and the competitive-ness of enterprises, to improve the competitiveness of enter-prises through the strategy of logistics cost management.
