跨境电子商务与物流融合发展研究

跨境电子商务具有优化资源配置,扩大贸易渠道,改善贸易结构的功能,对外贸和现代服务业发展具有重要意义。鉴于跨境物流瓶颈的存在,跨境电子商务需要与物流融合发展。通过融合,不但可以发挥各自在资源、资金、品牌和运营管理等方面的优势,提升双方在国内和国际市场上的影响力,还可以提升客户服务能力和水平,增加买家的信任和购买力。文章分析了跨境电子商务与物流融合发展的必要性、难点及其路径选择;指出跨境电子商务与物流的融合发展,需要整合境内物流、境外物流、跨境电子商务的各项营运机制,优化利益分配政策。具体可以从业务整合、平台集成、流程优化、业务创新、利益分配几个方面进行。

Study on the Integration of Cross-border E-commerce and Logistics Development

Cross-border E-commerce, which is to optimize the allocation of resources, expand the channels of trade, improve trade structure, plays an important role in foreign trade and in the development of modern service industry. In view of the＆amp;nbsp;bottlenecks exist of cross-border logistics, cross-border E-commerce should integrate with logistics while developing. Through integration, they not only can play upon advantages in their own resources, funds, brand and management, en-hance the influence in the domestic and international market, also can improve customer service ability and level, increase the trust of buyers and purchasing power. This paper analyzes the necessity, difficulty and path selection of the integration of cross-border E-commerce and logistics development; it points out that the integration of cross-border E-commerce and lo-gistics development needs to integrate various operating mech-anism of inbound logistics, outbound logistics and cross-border E-commerce; needs to optimize the interest distribution policy. These can be executed from the business integration, platform integration, process optimization, business innovation, benefit distribution aspects.
