基于工学结合的高职物流管理专业涉农人才培养模式改革实证研究——以湖南商务职业技术学院为例

高职物流管理专业涉农人才的培养一直以来受到来自各方面因素的影响导致不能很好地培养出符合市场和企业需求的专业人才。湖南商务职业技术学院从人才培养目标、人才培养课程设置改革、基于工学结合的人才培养模式以及双师型教师队伍建设几个方面进行改革,构建了基于工学结合的高职物流管理专业涉农人才培养模式。通过对毕业生跟踪调查实证研究了该模式的可行性。

An Empirical Study on the Reform of Training Pattern of the Combination of the Logistics Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Education Based on Agricultural Talents---Taking Hunan Vocational College of Commerce as an Example

Agricultural higher vocational logistics management professional talents training has been influenced by various factors cause is not well developed in line with market demand and business professionals. Hunan Vocational College of Commerce from the training objectives, the reform of talents cultivation, curriculum combination of talent training mode and the construction of their teachers in several aspects of there form constructs the training model of work study combination of higher vocational logis-tics management professional talents based on agriculture. Through the survey of graduates an empirical study on the feasibility of the model.
