摘    要:个人薪酬应以行为价值——即获取某效用的难度、行为或岗位的责任风险等为基础,制定合理的标准,并依据总体和个人实际绩效表现对预算标准进行升降调整。对行为值的分析、监控以及薪酬激励机制问题理当成为现代管理的中心议题。

Abstract:Make rensonable standard of Individual compensation shoud based on behavioral value which is the difficulty degree to obtain utility and responsibility risks of action or post,and so on.And adjust the budget standard according to the whole and personal actual achievement.Analying and monitoring of issues of behavior of the valued and salary incentive mechanism should be the central theme of modern management.
