市场主体、政府与制度创新——中国特色社会主义在浙江的实践

20多年，浙江实现了由传统计划经济体制向市场经济体制、由农业为主的经济小省向以工业为主的经济大省，由封闭型向开放型等一系列深刻转变，资源配置方式、经济结构、发展格局、城乡面貌和城乡关系发生了历史性巨变，人民生活水平和科学文化素质得到了进一步提高。本文从工人创业机制、市场工业化提高、产业结构调整、政府职能转变等几方面总结了浙江的发展经验。

Market Players, the Government and Institutional Innovation:Practice of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in Zhejiang

Over the past two decades or more, Zhejiang has shifted from the traditional planned system to a market economy, from a minor economy based mainly on agriculture to a major economy based mainly on industry, and from a closed to a open economy. Historic changes have taken place in the way resources are allocated; in the economic structure, and the development pattern; and in urban and rural areas and the relationship between them. The people's living standards and level of science and education has further improved. The author reviews Zhejiang's experience in development, focusing on the innovation mechanism, road to industrialization, adjustment of the industrial structure, and changes in government functions.
