论人口与农村可持续发展

人口作为农村可持续发展的指标 ,其人口因素对农村可持续发展有一定的制约作用。农村人口素质低影响了农村产业结构调整 ,不利于农业科技进步 ,人口上增长过快构成了农村贫困的恶性循环。因此 ,我国必须实施农村可持续发展战略的人口对策 ,促进农业和农村全面发展。
