| 摘 要： | 本文首先系统地回顾了国内外规划环评技术方法的研究成果，总结了目前我国在技术方法上存在的主要问题。然后通过9个典型案例深入剖析了技术方法在我国规划环评实践中的应用现状，总结了目前我国规划环评的开展在技术方法层面上的优势和缺点。最终归纳出适用于我国的规划环评技术方法，并将研究成果对应于规划环评的主要工作内容，提出了完善我国技术方法应用的若干建议。
