| 摘 要： | 本文研究了人才流动的成长效应，分别探讨了人才流动的正向成长效应与负向成长效应。深入分析了人才流动的正反馈效应、累积交点效应、知识学习突跃效应与创造力提升效应，从而揭示了人才流动过程中的成长规律。该研究不仅推进了人才成长规律的理论，也将为个人的流动决策提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The paper studied the effect of mobility on talents' growth.It analyzed the positive effect and negative effect of mobility on talents' growth.And discussed the positive feedback effect,accumulated crossing effect,knowledge learning effect and creativity improving effect,then revealed the talents' growth rule after mobility.The research not only developed the theory of talents' growth,but also supplied theoretical foundation for personnel turnover decision. |
