Research on the Innovation and Development of Food Testing Work Based on the Background of Food Safety

Abstract:At present,food safety issues have gradually attracted widespread attention from the society.However,my country's food regulatory authorities still have weak areas in terms of supervision,and the detection level needs to be improved.In the rapidly developing modern society,only by establishing a sound food safety inspection system and enhancing the overall quality of the inspection team can food safety be guaranteed.In the context of food safety,the only way to innovate the inspection work system is to integrate modern technology into the development of food inspection work,the efficiency and quality of inspection work,which can ensure the safety of people’s lives and property.Therefore,this paper discusses the innovative development of food testing based on the background of food safety,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the food industry.
