食品安全监管中快速检测技术的应用分析

随着我国社会经济的持续发展，食品行业也进入了高速发展阶段，在这个过程中食品安全问题日益突出，给人们的生命健康带来了很大的影响。目前仍有无良食品生产企业钻法律漏洞，过于看重企业经营的经济发展速度和经济发展效益，忽视了食品生产质量和食品安全对人们生命健康的影响。因此，本文主要围绕我国现存的食品安全问题、食品安全监管中快速检测技术应用现状及促进快速检测技术在食品安全监管中的应用措施等方面展开论述。

Application Analysis of Rapid Detection Technology in Food Safety Supervision

With the continuous development of China’s social economy,the food industry has also entered a stage of rapid development.During this process,food safety problems have become increasingly prominent,which has brought a great impact on people’s lives and health.At present,there are still unscrupulous food production enterprises that exploit legal loopholes,pay too much attention to the economic development speed and economic development benefits of business operations,and ignore the impact of food production quality and food safety on people’s lives and health.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the existing food safety problems in China,the application status of rapid detection technology in food safety supervision and the measures to promote the application of rapid detection technology in food safety supervision.
