摘    要:为了解铜绿假单胞菌在包装饮用水中的自然生长发育情况及菌落数值与吸光度值的关系,实现快速测定铜绿假单胞菌菌落数的目的,向包装饮用水中接种铜绿假单胞菌标准菌株,每间隔一段时间从被污染水中吸取1 mL接种于铜绿假单胞菌的选择性培养基,置于恒温培养箱培养后记录其菌落数量,绘制铜绿假单胞菌的生长曲线;同时,采用分光光度计法快速测...

Growth Curve and Rapid Detection of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa in Packaged Drinking Water

Abstract:In order to understand the natural growth and development of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in packaged drinking water and the relationship between colony values and absorbance values,to achieve the purpose of rapid determination of the colony number of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Through the standard strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa inoculated into the packaged drinking water,every interval of 1 mL from the contaminated water inoculated in the selective medium of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,placed in a constant temperature incubator to record the number of colonies,drawing the growth curve of Pseudomonas aeruginosa;at the same time,the concentration of Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacterial suspension was quickly determined by spectrophotometer,and the linear relationship between the two was determined(R2=0.9978).The study for Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the growth of packaged drinking water to provide basic data,but also to provide a rapid determination of Pseudomonas aeruginosa colony number of methods to shorten the test time.
