| 摘 要： | 使用色谱-质谱联用检测大米、玉米糁、挂面和小麦粉中15-乙酰基脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇（15ADON）、3-乙酰基脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇（3ADON）、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇-3-葡萄糖苷（D3G）及脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇（DON）。样品经乙腈、正己烷净化后检测,经优化与验证,仪器方法可满足对谷物及其制品的检测要求。分析样本中的4种真菌毒素污染规律显示,DON与D3G检出率较高,只有一个样品检出3ADON,所有样品未检出15ADON,挂面的污染情况最为严重。

| Abstract: | Chromatography-Mass spectrometry was used to determine 15-acetyl deoxynivalenol(15ADON),3-acetyl deoxynivalenol(3ADON),deoxynivalenol-3-glucoside(D3G)and deoxynivalenol(DON)in rice,grits,noodle and wheat flour.The samples were purified by acetonitrile and n-hexane.After optimization and verification,the instrument method could meet the detection requirements of grain and its products.Analysis of the contamination rule of 4 mycotoxins in samples and products showed that the detection rate of DON and D3G is relatively high,only one sample detected 3ADON,all samples did not detect 15ADON,and the contamination of noodles was the most serious. |
