摘    要:随着科技的进步,许多新技术在茶叶中得到了广泛应用,使茶叶突破了传统饮料的概念.茶叶生产从单纯的农副产品加工向现代化新型食品工业转变,其中茶叶深加工向保健食品方向发展成为茶叶发展的必然趋势.本文重点对茶叶保健食品的加工技术进行分析,以期能够有效推动茶叶深加工,进而促进茶产业高效发展.

Abstract:With the advancement of science and technology,many new technologies have been widely used in tea,making tea break through the concept of traditional beverages.Tea production has changed from simple agricultural and sideline product processing to modern new food industry,and the development of tea deep processing to health food has become an inevitable trend of tea development.This paper focuses on the analysis of the processing technology of tea health food,in order to effectively promote the deep processing of tea,and then promote the efficient development of the tea industry.
