| 摘 要： | 欧盟对华钼铁反倾销案是近年来欧盟对华产品又一起反倾销大案,其给中国企业造成的严重后果和负面影响是巨大的。本文评析了该案裁决中涉及的一些问题,如市场经济待遇、个别待遇、类比国等问题,这些问题在欧盟对华反倾销案中具有比较典型的意义,值得中国企业在日后反倾销应诉中予以借鉴。

| Abstract: | EU ferro molybdenum anti-dumping case against China is one of the largest anti-dumping cases against Chinese products within EU, which has a serious and negative impact on Chinese enterprises. This article analyzes some important problems concerned in the decisions of this case, such as market economy treatment, individual treatment, analogue country and community interest. These are some typical problems among EU anti-dumping cases against China, which are important reference to Chinese enterprises in their response to anti-dumping cases. |
