国有商业银行股份制改革实践与思考

我国工、中、建、交四家国有商业银行已先后完成股份制改造，但其公司治理结构尚欠规范和科学，资产质量基础还比较脆弱，经营理念和管理体制变革不大，传统的绩效考评机制仍在发挥主导作用。应建立相互监督制衡、高效运转的公司治理架构，实行以经济增加值（EVA）为核心的绩效考评体制和财务资源配置方式，股权结构应逐渐变革为“汇金＋战略投资者＋公众”，并不断满足各种投资者合理投资需求。

The traditional machanism of performance assessment still play the important role. An intitutional governance framework of inter - monitoring and high efficiency should be set up to maximize the profits of investors, such as the assessment machanism centered on economic value - added and allocation form of financial resourses, and the shareholdering structure based on moneygram ＋ strategic investors ＋ public communities, etc.
