摘    要:实现现代人力资源管理,是一项现代化的系统工程,也是一个由传统的人事管理向现代人力资源管理转变的过程。它可以通过人力资源规划、人力资源开发和人力资源流动等几方面来实现。人力作为一个可持续发展的资源,精心地进行策划,合理地进行配置和利用,适时地进行再造。只有把人力这个资源盘活,一个企业才有生机和前途。

Abstract:To realize modern human resources management is a systemic engineering, and also a turning process from traditional management into modernizational one which will come true by way of human resources planning, human resource development and human resources flow. Human beings, as a sustainable resource, should be planned carefully, collocated and utilized reasonably, and refined and reeducated timely. As a result, an enterprise can be spirited and with a good prospect as long as the human resource has been dealt with sufficiently.
