我国家族企业权力继任者选择指标体系研究

摘    要:个人生命周期的有限性决定家族企业主进行权杖传递是保证企业永续经营的基础,如何选择适合的家族企业继任者至关重要。受中国家文化影响,在确定权力继任者选择指标时,创始人必然会在商业合理性和血缘亲情之间进行权衡。本文以我国家族企业权力继任者选择模型为基础,通过整理文献以及对样本闽南家族企业创始人和专家的问卷调查,确定了继任者选择指标体系的两大类别——获利能力和欣慰潜力,及23个细分指标,并根据用层次分析法量化结果将各项指标按影响程度进行排序。

Abstract:The limited of personal life cycle decide the family firms' lord has to be carried on passing the baton. The founder must count the ra-tionality and the consanguinity when choosing the power successor. On the basis of Choosing a Family Firms Authority Successor Model, this arti-cle ordinates the literature, questionnaire survey to the family firms founders in Min-Nan zone, verifies that it can be use profitability and amentlity potential and a system of other 23 subindexes to evaluate the successor. Then, we use AHP to quantify the weighting of profitability、amentlity po-tential and other factors. Lastly, put up the sequencing of the influencing factors according to the significance grade.
