| 摘 要： | 基层区(地市级及其以下行政地域单元)旅游发展规划编制对促进我国旅游业发展有着特殊重要的地位,而对已经完成的基层区旅游规划进行修编则是旅游规划编制与完善的重要环节。本文以三门峡市为例,初步探讨了旅游发展规划修编的若干问题,并结合旅游资源开发、旅游产品建设、旅游空间布局、旅游市场营销等方面进行了典型分析。

| Abstract: | The author points out that working out tourism development plan of the basic administration areas(including are- as such as city region,county and its lower level)will play an important role in promoting the tourism industry's develop- ment of China,and that modifying and compiling those tourism plans which were fulfilled also belongs to the key parts of the planning work.Taking Sanmenxia city as an example,it discusses the modification and compilation of the tourism plan- ning:sustainable use of the tourism resources,the construction of tourism products,the tourism development distribution, and tourism marketing,etc. |
