| 摘 要： | 本文采用实证研究方法,以典型的资源枯竭型城市——阜新的数据为样本,以辽宁省和全国的数据为参照样本,研究了FDI与劳动力就业数量的关系,在比较分析的基础上,笔者提出了利用FDI解决资源枯竭型城市就业问题的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper adopts the positive study method and selects the data of Fuxin,the typical resources exhausted city,as sample and chooses the data from Liaoning province and China as the contrastable sample to study the relations between FDIand the quantity of employment.Finally,based on the comparative analysis,we put forward the suggestions on resolving the employment problems of resources exhansted city by taking advantage of FDI. |
