| 摘 要： | 应用迈克尔.波特竞争五力模型,以新沙港为例,对港口业务现状与发展进行了分析;借用外部-内部矩阵分析法,选择了港口业务总体发展战略,并对今后十年分阶段进行战略目标定位,前五年选择以扩张战略为主线,与维持战略和防御战略相结合的组合式战略;后五年则选择以扩张战略为特征建立八大战略目标体系。
