| 摘 要： | 以河西走廊张掖市农户调查为例,采用Logistic模型对取消农业税后农户农地流转的意愿及其影响因素进行定量分析。研究表明：农地流转交易价格是影响农户农地流转的主要因素;家庭非农收入比例也对农户农地流转有较显著的影响作用;农业补贴额作用着农户农地流转;＂农户对农业税费减免政策的效应感知＂在一定程度上也影响农户农地流转。最后,提出了相关的政策建议。

| Abstract: | A case study of Zhangye City in Hexi Corridor,a logistic model was established to analyze the willingness of rural land transmission and the influencing factors during post-agricultural tax time.It shows that the bargain price is the major factor for farmers Rural land transfer in Hexi Corridor,family non-agriculture income proportion also has the remarkable influence function to the farm households land transmission;the agricultural subsidy also affecting it;to a certain extent,＂the sensation of farm household to abolished the agricultural taxes and fees＂ also affect the rural land transmission.Finally,the article put forward the related policy proposal. |
