| 摘 要： | 文章分析了江西省20多年来山江湖工程建设已取得的主要经验和当前存在的主要问题,论述了进一步推进山江湖工程与鄱阳湖生态经济区建设的对策,即以发展山江湖生态经济带规划全省经济发展战略,以山江湖资源比较优势确定各地的产业分工,以可持续发展为目标发展山江湖生态经济,以既竞争又合作推动山江湖工程与鄱阳湖生态经济区建设。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed major engineering construction experiences of the project of Mountain-River-Lake that Jiangxi has made and the current major problems in the 20 years,discussed further advance the measures of the project of Mountain-River-Lake and the Poyang Lake ecological economy area in the construction.That is,to the development of Mountain-Rivers-Lakes ecological economy area planning the province′s economic development strategy,and determine the industrial division of labor with the comparative advantage of resources of the Mountain-River-Lake,take the sustainable development as target developing the ecological economy of mountain-river-lake,to promote the construction of the project of Mountain-River-Lake and the Poyang Lake ecological economy area with competition and cooperation. |
