新能源经济可持续发展之人才培养研究

发展新型能源对满足能源需求,减少环境污染和促进经济可持续发展具有重大意义,但新能源专业技术人才的匮乏制约着新能源经济的发展。文章分析了当前高校教育资源与新能源企业资源的优势和劣势,提出了企校共建新能源专业的人才培养模式,并详细阐明了具体的教学计划实施方案,理论与实践教学的资源分配,以及如何建立相应的激励机制,以促进专业技术人才的培养,实现新能源企业与地方高校的双赢。实践证明,该模式具备可行性和前瞻性,作为一种全新的教育模式值得推广。

Study of the Talents Training for the Sustainable Development of New Energy Economy

It＇s significant that developing the new energy to meet the energy demands,reducing environmental pollution and accelerating the sustainable economic development.But the shortage of the professional and technical personnel of new energy has constrained the development of the new energy economy.The superiority and weaknesses of the current universities resources and new energy enterprise resources are analyzed.A cooperate new energy specialized training model is proposed between university and enterprise.The concrete plans to implement the teaching program is put forward.The resources allocation of the theory teaching and practice teaching is set out in detail.And the corresponding incentive mechanism is introduced to promote the cultivation of professional and technical personnel.The double-win situation between the new energy enterprise and the local college is realized.Practice has proved the feasibility and forward-looking of the model.It should be promoted as a new mode of education.
