| 摘 要： | 依据2003~2015年的统计数据,利用区位商法和产业集聚指数法,静态与动态相结合,测度了云南省林产业的集群水平。测度结果表明:整体上云南省已经形成了林业产业集群的态势,但林业产业集群化发展中还存在集群水平不稳定、各亚类产业集群水平不均衡、集群产业层次较低、各地区集群水平集群化差异较大等问题。最后,针对林业产业集群化发展中的问题提出相应的政策建议,以期能提升云南林业产业集群水平,增强林业竞争力。

| Abstract: | This paper measured forestry industrial cluster level by adopting the way of location quotient and industrial agglomeration index and in combination with static and dynamic view, using the statisti-cal data from 2003 to 2015. Research results shows that the current situation of forestry industry in Yunnan province has been formed cluster, but the overall industry cluster effect is not obvious, cluster level is not stable, Cluster level is low, the cluster level of forestry sub industry are not balanced, re-gional forestry industrial cluster differences very much. Finally, it put forward the some countermeas-ures and suggestions for promoting the cluster development of Yunnan forestry industry and enhancing the competitiveness of forestry. |
