企业购买林业碳汇指标意愿的影响因素分析

基于332家企业的问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型探讨了影响企业购买林业碳汇意愿的因素及其之间的关系。研究结果表明:企业碳汇认知度对企业购买意愿具有显著的正面影响;国家政策导向对提高企业购买林业碳汇意愿具有显著作用;企业家选择偏好对企业购买意愿有显著的正面影响;企业感知收益对购买意愿没有显著影响。并据此提出相关政策建议:积极发挥国家政策的正面效应,制定提高企业购买林业碳汇意愿的相关政策;落实宣传载体,加大林业碳汇宣传和培训力度,提高企业林业碳汇认知度;充分发挥企业家选择偏好对林业碳汇的正面影响,制定灵活便捷的林业碳汇自愿交易规则,大力宣传林业碳汇多重效益,扩大林业碳汇自愿交易规模。

Analysis of Enterprises’ Intention and Influence Factors of Forestry Carbon Sink Purchase

Based on questionnaire data from 332 enterprises,this study uses structural equation model to discuss the influence factors of enterprises' intention to purchase forestry carbon sink and the relationship between them. The results show that enterprises' awareness of carbon sink has a significant positive impact on purchase intention; national policy guidance has significant positive effect to enhance enterprises' intention to purchase forestry carbon sink; entrepreneur preference has a significant positive impact on enterprises' purchase intention; and enterprises perceived benefit has no significant effect on purchase intention. And corresponding policy recommendations are proposed: actively playing the positive effect of national policy and formulating policies to improve enterprises' intention of forestry carbon sink purchase; implementing propaganda carrier to enhance publicity and training efforts for forestry carbon sink and improve enterprises' awareness of carbon sink; and giving full play to the positive impact of entrepreneur preference on forestry carbon sink,formulating flexible and convenient voluntary trading rules for forestry carbon sink,vigorously promoting the multiple benefits of carbon sink,and expanding its voluntary trading scale.
