新疆兵地红枣种植户经营效率及其环境影响因素分析

新疆承载着两个不同的行政主体,体制机制差异使种植户面临的生产环境相异。基于红枣主产区206个兵团和110个地方种植户数据,运用三阶段DEA模型分析的结果表明:兵团种植户经营效率高于地方,地方"低投入-低产出"生产方式的纯技术效率高于兵团"高投入-高产出"生产方式,兵团规模效率高于地方;红枣生产缺乏科学创新技术为依托,兵团和地方表现出不同形式的资源配置问题。因此,应注重兵团和地方新技术推广和技术培训,加强兵团和地方农业信息技术交流,搭建市场公共服务平台。

Efficiency Analysis and Environmental Impact Factors Analysis of Corps and Local Jujube Farmers in Xinjiang

There have two different administrative subjects in Xinjiang,which made households face the different production environment because of the institutional mechanisms difference. Based on 206 corps households and 110 local rural households' survey data in the main jujube producing areas,this paper employed the three-stage DEA model to demonstrate the efficiency variance between corps and local households. The results have shown that the operational efficiency of local households is significantly lower than the corps'. More specially,local households' pure technical efficiency which production activities show the low input-output characteristic is higher than the corps' which show the high input-output characteristic. Whereas local households' scale efficiency is lower than the corps'. The influencing models of input slack indicated that due to lacking of scientific innovation technology,corps and local exhibit different forms of resource allocation problems. Therefore,we should focus on new technologies and technical training. Meanwhile it's crucial to strengthen the technological exchanges between the corps and the local. And building market platform must be taken into consideration.
